So I kicked off the first day with
Back to School Coffee as President Elect for the HSA(PTA) for Blue Java's school
"The League" meeting is next week.
I guess I really never left Student Government.

Small Trivial Wishes

• Jeans

Now I have a list I can refer back to. MY immediate needs with my paychecks have been dance lessons for Petite Java, Pool Snacks, School Lunches for Blue Java, money for camp next year.
Maybe my Fall wish list will turn in to my summer list as my new sandals goal has turned to Black Boots.
By the time I pay for Blue Java to return to camp, and factor in Christmas I may set a new record for the Longest Hair.
You know you're a grown up when-your wants are way way on the back burner and it's okay.

Stay Asleep

I could have stayed in bed all day.
I had a vivid dream. I was 17 ish and staying at this cool house with my parents. We were sorting candy for Halloween and talking about boys that liked me.
I love when I dream about my parents but hate waking up and that instant when I realize it was just a dream.

Yeah ME

I am out of my funk.
Yeah.

Kind Of Annoyed

My BFF from HS has friended my husband Grande on Facebook.
Not a big deal? We are not friends in the FB world or in the real world. I think it's odd--maybe a way of seeing pics of our family without having to friend me?
Then since it was years ago....HS friends are suggesting that we become friends.
NO.

CRAZY ASS DAY

Petunia drug me with her in the rocky shallow creek. I walked home with blisters from our 4 mile jaunt drenched in dirty rocky water from my face down to my shoes and socks.

While pulling into the driveway, I was wacked driving Grande's work vehicle.
MIL was more concerned that Grande's vehicle will be okay....ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I'm fine thanks.

BLUE JAVA IS HOME-----HELLO HONORARY CAMPER!!!!!!!!!!
My sweet boy is home. He seems OLDER and WISER. HE is very grateful that we sent him to camp and would like to go every summer until he finishes COLLEGE as a Camp Counselor.
His plan is camp, Counselor in training in training, Couns. in Training, Couns., until he graduates from College.
That's my boy!

Petite Java and Blue Java

This has been incredible tough on us without Blue Java.
Petite told me this evening(our 4th dinner with only 2 Java girls) that she misses Blue more than me.
So sweet.
